Menomonee Falls Crime Alert
Several customers of Menomonee Falls utility services have recently received telephone calls demanding payment for overdue water utility bills. These calls are fraudulent, as the utility will not call demanding payment for unpaid utility bills. The caller also requested the customer’s bank account number, which our utility would not do.

Citizens should remember that the Menomonee Falls Water Utility will not call your home or business demanding payment.
